I have eaten Jack Bs for years not sure why I have never thought to leave a review. But I will say, their sweet potato fries have to be the best I have ever eaten ANYWHERE. I was already 8-10 fries in when I decided to take a photo and the is still a lot for the small order. I always get my chucks with the BBQ/Buffalo mix. Today’s might have been a bit over-sauced, but I can see a lot of people that would think what I prefer as “skimpy.” As a restaurant they probably believe it is better to over do than under. They use a third party for their online ordering but it is very efficient, and they take great care to be on time with what the service says will be available pick up time. They truly deserve all the 5 star rating they have acquired
Iv been to many mom and pop shops but this takes the cake. The owners are so kind and cool and the food as you can see tastes as good as it looks. They are only carry out and even after a 10 min drive home the food was still fresh. The wings were crunchy the 1lb burger was as juicy as it could be. the fried pickles were some of the best if not best and the Mac and cheese bites were also amazing. One of the most pleasant experiences Iv had with any restaurant.
I haven't eaten my food yet, but the customer service was so top tier that I needed to leave a review. The owners were so welcoming, addressed me by name, gave me a free cookie, and made sure I had all the condiments needed. They were so friendly and professional. I love them! I'll be back to review the actual food. As promised, I'm back to tell everyone that the food is great! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. And the plus side, they don't skimp on the pickles or onions. I can't wait to come back for the spicy chicken sandwich.
Upon our arrival, the owners welcomed us with genuine warmth. The owner's wife enthusiastically explained the menu, making each option sound irresistible. Faced with an array of tempting choices, I eventually settled on the garlic and parmesan chicken chunks paired with sweet potato fries. The meal was absolutely delicious, and well worth the 15-minute wait. It's important to note that this establishment is not designed for dining in, as the entry area is somewhat cramped. You might find it more comfortable to wait in your car. However, should you decide to stay, you'll be enticed by the most exquisite Buckeye candies and cookies on display, perfect for a sweet treat while you wait. We will be back.
The food was great hamburger was perfect and the mozzarella sticks was different than most but it was the best. But the people inside were probably the most friendliest nicest people. Was my first time there They give me a sugar cookie and welcome me to the family. Great place to get your food .

Delicious food, generous portions, and super friendly staff. Gave us a rundown of the menu and even gave us a cookie. Most places don't have service like this anymore. We stopped on our roadtrip along 75 - I'm so glad we picked somewher local over a chain restaurant. If you drive through Findlay this place is a gem.
Passing through the area & ordered the chicken chunks & fries for the whole fam - fantastic food & generous portions! I wish we lived closer so we could come here more often! We liked the regular fries but loved the sweet potato fries. The corn nuggets are fantastic too!
Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was on point! Hot enough that I was very thankful for the coleslaw on it. Sweet potato fries are excellent. The portions were absolutely enormous; loaded fries were gargantuan. Generally quite friendly staff. I will say that parking lot is very small so this isn't sort of place where you're going to want to pick food up and eat in your car there. They do not have indoor seating. Been in Findlay a long time and can't believe I haven't tried it untill now!
